Our combined MCC/JOC* course prepares pilots to work in teams in the cockpits of aircraft requiring multiple crews, with the MCC portion and is enhanced by the JOC module in which the fundamental skills and knowledge of an airline pilot are developed.
The main goal is to successfully pass airline selections, training trainees with excellence to be ready to operate in a multi-crew environment such as that of an airliner cabin.
The course provides the Crew Resource Management concepts necessary to operate a Multi Pilot (MP) aircraft and requires the student to train in the roles of PF (Pilot Flying) and PNF (Pilot Not Flying) and all related crew coordination techniques.
This module includes a 24-hour theoretical part in the classroom and a practical part conducted in our Alsim ALX simulator.
