Training under Instrument Flight Rules (IFR)

If, once you start flying, you feel the intensifying need to learn more, we at Professional Aviation will be there for that too.

Our instructors are qualified to provide training under Instrument Flight Rules (IFR). This qualification will enhance your status as a pilot and allow you to fly aircraft at night or in poor weather conditions. You will learn to fly with greater precision and have the flexibility to fly in various conditions without the concern of having to land before nightfall or deteriorating weather conditions.

The flight training for the IR (Instrument Rating) module, which is carried out on the modern Cirrus SR20 that is equipped other than with Glass Cockpit avionics also with a Ballistic Parachute and Autopilot, will allow the student to learn how to operate the aircraft during flight under Instrument Flight Rules (IFR), i.e. by using only the instrumentation aboard.

In case the candidate wants to take the IR rating also on multi-engine aircraft (IR-ME) part of the hours will be done on TECNAM P2006.

Glass Cockpit and Autopilot

Thanks to the school’s state-of-the-art aircraft, the student will learn already at these stages to work with sophisticated avionics equipped with the most advanced flight aid and control systems, including the Glass Cockpit and Autopilot. The same equipment that they will be able to find later in the cockpit of a liner and will be able to handle with ease precisely because of the solid experience they gained in our school.
