Course Duration
Approximately 18 months to complete the programme, depending on flight scheduling and the student’s availability.
A continuous, structured training programme combining ATPL(H) Theory, practical flight training, and operational instruction in a single professional pathway.
Advanced ground school, practical flight training on the Guimbal Cabri G2, and operational exercises designed to develop the knowledge, flying skills, and professional competence required to obtain your Commercial Pilot Licence (Helicopter) in accordance with EASA standards.
The Integrated Path to Becoming a Commercial Helicopter Pilot
A comprehensive training programme combining ATPL(H) Theory, practical flight training, and operational instruction in a continuous pathway designed to prepare you for a professional career as a commercial helicopter pilot.
Advanced theoretical training covering all the subjects required for professional helicopter pilot training, providing the knowledge needed to obtain a Commercial Pilot Licence (Helicopter) and progress towards future ATPL(H) qualifications.
The first stage of flight training focuses on the fundamentals of helicopter flying, operational procedures, and the skills required to safely complete your first solo flight.
Develop the skills required to operate under Visual Flight Rules (VFR) while beginning instrument flight training through the Basic Instrument Rating (BIR), building confidence and operational competence.
Advance your training with cross-country navigation exercises and Night Rating instruction, developing the operational skills required for professional helicopter flying.
The final stage of the integrated programme, leading to the successful completion of the CPL(H) Skill Test and the issue of your Commercial Pilot Licence (Helicopter) in accordance with EASA standards.

Admission Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 years to obtain the CPL(H) licence
- EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate required before commencing commercial flight training
