Course Overview

What’s Included in the Course

Comprehensive Ground School & Flight Training. Complete 100 hours of ground school and 45 hours of flight training to develop the knowledge and practical skills required to fly a helicopter safely and confidently.

PPL(H) Licence

Earn an EASA Private Pilot Licence (Helicopter), allowing you to fly as a private helicopter pilot throughout EASA member states.

Pathway to Professional Training

The PPL(H) is the first step towards a professional helicopter pilot career, providing the foundation to continue with the CPL(H) training programme.

Course Duration

Average Duration

Approximately 6 months to complete the programme, depending on flight scheduling and the student’s availability.

Modular Programme
