A Dedicated Maintenance Centre

Lofficina

Our maintenance centre is an Authorised Service Centre for both Cirrus Aircraft and Tecnam Aircraft.

Here, our experienced technicians maintain every aircraft with the highest level of precision, using advanced equipment and following the industry’s most rigorous maintenance standards.

SOR

Our Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) ensures every aircraft remains airworthy and fully compliant with EASA regulations.

From maintenance planning and technical records to airworthiness reviews and regulatory compliance, our specialists oversee every aspect of the aircraft’s continuing airworthiness, helping operators maintain the highest standards of safety and reliability.

Safety never takes a break.

Our maintenance team goes beyond regulatory requirements, anticipating issues before they arise. Every inspection reflects constant attention, precision, and a proactive commitment to keeping our fleet at the highest safety standards.

Certified Precision

Every maintenance task follows approved procedures and uses only certified parts. Manual inspections, detailed checklists, and rigorous quality controls work together to ensure reliability, compliance, and excellence in every aircraft.

Passionate Experts

Our team consists of certified, highly skilled technicians who continuously update their knowledge and expertise. United by a genuine passion for aviation, they ensure every aircraft is maintained with care, precision, and professionalism.

In-House Maintenance: An Essential Contribution to Safety

SOR

We are the first flight academy in Italy to introduce the SOR (Sala Operativa di Reparto), a dedicated flight operations room located beside the runway for real-time monitoring of aircraft during flight. This additional layer of oversight allows us to closely monitor every stage of training, ensuring continuous support and enhanced operational safety.

At Professional Aviation, safety is not just a priority – it’s part of our daily culture.

Il nostro impegno

Our goal is to ensure that every aircraft is maintained in optimal operating condition. Safety is more than a standard to be met – it is the principle that guides every decision we make. This is how our Safety First approach comes to life, day after day, giving pilots and student pilots the confidence to fly with the support of a reliable and highly organised maintenance team.

Il nostro impegno

Safety starts with open communication. Our Safety Reporting System encourages students, instructors, and staff to report hazards, incidents, and safety concerns quickly and confidentially.

By identifying potential risks early, we continuously improve our operations, strengthen our safety culture, and ensure compliance with EASA Safety Management System (SMS) principles.

La cultura della sicurezza

Every year, Professional Aviation hosts Safety Day to strengthen a shared culture of safety, responsibility, and continuous learning. At this year’s event in Ozzano dell’Emilia, student pilots, pilots, instructors, and industry experts came together to learn from real-world case studies and expert insights. The focus? Safety as a mindset—not just a checklist.
