The Airline Transport Pilot License is obtained by attending a modular course that provides a complete knowledge, piloting skills and legal titles to perform the airline pilot duties.
The ATPL modular course consists of various theoretical and practical modules. The student will have the opportunity to complete all the necessary steps within the ATO and obtain the respective licenses and ratings under the supervision of the best professionals.
Professional Aviation puts safety first. For this reason the flight school i EXCLUSIVELY equipped with the most modern aircraft, all bought new, all maintained exclusively by our maintenance center and all equipped with the most modern safety devices.
Just think that our oldest aircraft is a 2011 model. No other Italian reality can boast this primacy.
Modern and safe aircrafts to teach in the best environment, with the best tools and latest technologies.
The modules to become an airline pilot are as follows:
- PPL (Private Pilot License)
- ATPL THEORY (Airline Transport Pilot License – Theory)
- HOURS BUILDING
- NIGHT QUALIFICATION
- IR (Instrument Rating)
- COMPLEX RATING (retractable gear and variable pitch propeller rating)
- MEP and IR-ME (Multi Engine Piston rating and transition to Multi Engine
- Instrument Rating)
- CPL (Commercial Pilot Licence)
Professional Aviation offers several solutions to meet the different needs of its students.
The theoretical part of the ATPL can be done both in classroom (650 hr) and in distance learning (90% at home and 10% in classroom).
After completing the PPL on P2008JC, the student will first perform the consolidation activity (Hours building) as Pilot in Command on the P2008JC as well, then the IR (instrument rating) on Cirrus SR20, the MEP/Complex modules on P2006T and, at the end, the Commercial Pilot License on P2006T.
Cross-country national and international missions will also be carried out to complete a training that will not only lead to the achievement of the license, but also provide an important level of skills and experience.
the quality of our training is the key that distinguishes us from the License “manufacturers”. Our main goal is to train capable and prepared pilots. Getting a license should only be an aftermath.
The other ratings: IR and IR ME Complex
The flight training for the CBM-IR module (Competence Based Modular Instrument Rating), carried out on the modern Cirrus SR20 equipped with Glass Cockpit avionics, including a Ballistic Parachute and Autopilot, will allow the student to learn how to operate the aircraft during flight in IMC (Instrument Meteorological Conditions) using only the onboard instrumentation.
Thanks to state-of-the-art airplanes the student will learn from the very first stages to work with sophisticated aircrafts equipped with the most advanced equipments, including Glass Cockpit and Autopilot. The same equipments he can later find and easily operate in the cockpit of a liner thanks to a solid experience gained in our flight school.
The MEP/Complex Rating will introduce the student to more complex twin-engine machines, which use the same Glass Cockpit avionic, equipped with retractable landing gear and variable pitch propeller. We use a modern Tecnam P2006T.
The CPL module is the final one: The Commercial Pilot License allows the student to work in the industry.
With a series of flying missions like those flown by commercial air traffic, managing emergency situations and the responsibility of having to make decisions , the student will really understand what it means to be a professional. The course will be performed partly on single engine and partly on multi engine airplane. The final check ride will be carried out on a twin engine airplane in order to obtain a CPL MEP IR which is the final desired title.
