Damiano Fachiri

Damiano is the FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR, by definition. In capital letters because there is no pilot who hasn’t undergone his scrutiny. In fact, Damiano has been a full-time professional flight instructor for just..25 years! He started before even getting his driving license, today he has 12,500 hours of flight, all instructional… no other comments needed!

Lorenzo Pizzi

Lorenzo immediately stood out for his preparation, commitment and a genuine passion for flying and teaching. Lorenzo takes care of our theory courses, in addition to the flight activity together with the other instructors.

Gian Luca Cevenini

After several aero-work and basic flight training experiences, Gianluca joined the team in 2018 and thanks to his skills and attitude immediately matched the group. He is a young experienced asset who is growing up quickly and on which to base the company’s future.

Luigi Tardio

From an early age I looked at the sky and wondered how clouds were formed. One day while I was walking with my dad I saw my first plane coming out of a cloud, leaving a trail behind it, I raised my finger and said: “Dad, when I grow up I want to make clouds.” Since then, I have done nothing but pursue my dream and managed to become a flight instructor. This profession continues to give me a lot of satisfaction and I like the idea that, every day, I have the opportunity to help my students to reach their dream of becoming a pilot.

Matteo Perosini

Passionate about flying since childhood, I started my career in 2008. After several years of experience as an airline pilot in Southeast Asia and the Middle East, I returned to Europe where I qualified to command a Boeing 737NG. The passion for flying and the continuous desire to grow made me “land” at Professional Aviation, a group of people who share my same values: PASSION, INTEGRITY AND SAFETY.

Matteo Coveri

Following his aeronautical background training and various work experiences in the sector, including a few years at ENAV as an instructor, he took the opportunity to become a professional and to express his passion for flying by becoming a flight instructor at Professional Aviation.

Riccardo Bonora

Riccardo has always been passionate about anything that flies. And this explains why he shares his time between being a flight instructor and an UAV instructor. It is hard to say in which field he is more knowledgeable. Any task, whether it is ordinary or extraordinary, can be accomplished by Riccardo, as long as it is flying-related.

Claudia, with her warm smile and calm attitude, manages all of the flight school activities: from the flight appointments, to registrations, practices with the aeronautical authorities and any other organizational and bureaucratic aspect of the students’ activities.

Not many things to say about Linda except for one: she is truly a war machine! She supports the scheduling team in the management of the flight activity and takes care of sales as well. But she is also always prepared to any unscheduled task and effective in finding a solution.

“A passion for flying has always accompanied me, I obtained a private pilot license as soon as possible and started flying in my spare time until I eventually decided to make this passion my job and to become a maintenance technician. As soon as I qualified, I moved from Alessandria to Emilia Romagna and after a few years of experience with Cessna and Piper aircraft I arrived at Cirrus.”
Today Marco is the most highly qualified Cirrus technician around and takes care of the maintenance of nearly the whole private Cirrus fleet in Italy. We also deal with Tecnam, an Italian product of excellence.
By virtue of his experience, Marco is one of the feathers in the cap of our team of maintenance. Marco holds the position of Maintenance Manager and coordinates the work of the technical office and the maintenance team.

Davide Mengozzi

Davide comes from a competitor company where he gained extensive experience not only on Cirrus but also on Diamond, Piper and Cessna aircraft. Thanks to his vast experience, dedication and seriousness, Davide quickly joined our team.

Giovanni Panicali

Giovanni, after having gained some years of experience in a competitor company, joined our team specializing on Tecnam and Cirrus aircraft. Despite his young age, he is now a qualified technician with more than 10 years of experience and has recently stopped being the young man of the maintenance team… now he too can be considered as a young veteran.

Stefan Walczak

Stefan is German and our warehouse specialist and ensures that the daily functions and procedures of the warehouse, such as maintaining professional relationships with the distribution centers of the manufacturers, dealers and collaborators, run smoothly and efficiently. From the shipment to the receipt of the material, up to the maintenance of the inventory for the management of logistics and of the guarantee of spare parts, he closely monitors all the aspects of the storage operations. After many years of experience in the aviation sector, Stefan is able to provide all the equipment and spare parts necessary to make our workshop and our technicians always ready to intervene in any situation.

“I approached the world of aviation at the age of 6 through model aircraft, thanks to which I was able to cultivate my passion for airplanes. A few years ago I obtained the Diploma in Construction of the aircraft and I moved to Emilia Romagna to obtain the flight licenses. Thanks to the trust given to me by Professional Aviation, I now have the opportunity to work in this field and be able to experience this world at 360°.” Riccardo is now the assistant of the CAMO Post Holder and is in charge of preparing all the technical documentation of the airplanes under management.
